Wildlife Removal & Exclusion in Missouri City

Something in the attic? We get it out, then seal the way it got in so nothing else moves in behind it.

Hear something in the attic? Yellow Rose gets raccoons, squirrels, opossums, rats and bats out of homes around Missouri City. We get the wildlife out, then seal the way it got in with heavy steel mesh so the next one cannot follow. Getting them out is step one. Sealing the house is what makes it last.

What's getting in?

Getting it out is step one. Sealing is the fix

The wildlife in your attic found a way in, and that hole is still there after it is gone. Get it out and do nothing else, and the next raccoon or squirrel walks in the same way. We seal the roof edges, soffit gaps, vents and chimney with steel mesh it cannot tear through.

  • Raccoons in the attic, chimney or under the deck
  • Squirrels in the soffit and gable vents
  • Opossums under the house and in the garage
  • Rats in the attic and walls
  • Bats, handled the legal way (Texas protects them)

Cleaning up after

Once the wildlife is out and the house is sealed, we can clean up what they left, the droppings and the ruined insulation, which is where the smell and the health risk come from. That part is priced by the job, since it depends on how much damage is up there.

Questions

Wildlife removal questions

Do you just get the wildlife out?
Getting it out is step one. The work that ends it is exclusion: sealing the roof returns, soffit gaps, vents and chimney with heavy-gauge rustproof mesh so nothing follows the same route back in. Without that, other wildlife moves into the open cavity.
There is a bat in my attic. Can you handle it?
Yes, and correctly. Texas protects bats, so they cannot simply be killed, and exclusion is timed around the summer maternity season when young cannot yet fly. We handle bats within those rules using one-way exits, then seal the openings.
Do you clean up the mess in the attic?
Yes. After the wildlife is out and the house is sealed, we can remove droppings and contaminated insulation and restore the space. It is quoted per job.
Is this the same as animal control?
No. Animal control is the city and county service for stray pets and public safety calls. A raccoon in the attic is different work: getting it out, checking for young, then sealing the roofline so nothing follows it back in. Yellow Rose is licensed for that, TPCL#0860510.
